Fromage Gruyère SA has been creating the masterpiece of cheese in the heart of Gruyère country by heritage, tradition and ancestral know-how since 1916. Tete de Moine AOP Cheese is a semi-hard cheese which has a particularly fine texture, for a delicious melt-in-the-mouth sensation. Instead of being cut into slices, Tête de Moine AOP should be shaved into very fine rosettes, in order to enhance the fine and creamy tasting experience.
