Description:
A dried soba noodle made without adding salt, crafted to highlight the natural flavour of stone-milled buckwheat flour. The noodles combine strands of slightly different thicknesses, giving a distinctive and varied texture.
Because no salt is added, the gentle flavour of the broth made from the cooking water can also be enjoyed.
Cooking tip:
Bring about 1.5L of water to a boil for every 90g of noodles. Add the noodles gradually, loosen gently, and cook for 5–6 minutes. Drain and rinse well under cold water, then serve with dipping sauce and condiments.
For warm soba, cook for 4–5 minutes, drain, and serve with hot soup.
Store in cool dry place
