- A creamy stew made with freshly picked corn from Hokkaido and fresh cream using 100% Hokkaido-produced milk. Made with sweet corn that is powdered within 24 hours of harvest to preserve its natural sweetness and freshness.
How to Use
- Ingredients (Serves 10): This product 1 pc, Meat (such as chicken or pork) 500g, Onion 400g, Potato 450g, Carrot 200g, Salad oil 2 tablespoons, Water 1200ml, Milk 200ml
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
- Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients are tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
- Turn off the heat, break the roux into pieces, and stir until fully dissolved.
- Simmer again over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add milk and continue simmering for another 5 minutes. When the stew thickens, it is ready to serve.
Keep refrigerated after opening
