Product Features

  • Type: Block-type roux
  • A creamy stew made with freshly picked corn from Hokkaido and fresh cream using 100% Hokkaido-produced milk. Made with sweet corn that is powdered within 24 hours of harvest to preserve its natural sweetness and freshness.

How to Use

  • Ingredients (Serves 10): This product 1 pc, Meat (such as chicken or pork) 500g, Onion 400g, Potato 450g, Carrot 200g, Salad oil 2 tablespoons, Water 1200ml, Milk 200ml

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
  2. Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients are tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
  3. Turn off the heat, break the roux into pieces, and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Simmer again over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add milk and continue simmering for another 5 minutes. When the stew thickens, it is ready to serve.
