This product is made with an abundant amount of thick mozuku harvested on the remote islands of Okinawa. No rinsing is required. It is particularly well suited for salads, miso soup, and as a topping for noodles.
How to use: Soak in water for 20 minutes or in hot water for 10 minutes, and it will expand to about 25 times its original size.
