• Feature: Ikeri’s noodle is produced using an original blend of wheat, salted water with the salt level adjusted to suit the weather, and is hand-pulled. It has a slight sakura aroma and pretty pink colour.
• Cooking tip: Boil in plenty of water (1L water / 100g noodle) and rinse well in cold water to remove the sliminess.
