Cooking tip:
Boil plenty of water (about 1 L per 110 g of noodles), add the noodles gradually, and gently loosen with chopsticks. Cook for about 6 minutes, then drain and rinse well in cold water. Serve with dipping sauce and garnish with wasabi, green onions, and nori.
