This versatile miso sauce from Kawanaka Shoyu is crafted with brewed dark soy sauce and oyster stock from Hiroshima, blended with rich red miso, spicy gochujang, and selected spices for a savoury yet spicy flavour.

Perfect for seasoning stir-fried dishes such as yaki-udon or vegetables, as its smooth texture blends easily. Also excellent as a dipping sauce for BBQ, gyoza, or shabu-shabu.
