This product combines finely cut nekoashi kombu from Hokkaido, tororo kombu from Hokkaido, domestically produced spring onions, and freeze-dried natto to create a miso soup ingredient rich in natural stickiness. Simply add it directly to miso soup to prepare natto soup with ease. The aroma and texture of natto blend with the smooth texture of kombu, resulting in a flavour even deeper than that of ordinary natto soup. It is also well suited for clear soups and noodle dishes. Each 28 g pack provides approximately 15 servings.
