How to Use
- Soak Korean vermicelli in water until softened.
- Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into chunks.
- Blanch chicken pieces: Place chicken in cold water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. Drain and set aside.
- Stir-fry chicken: Heat oil in a pan, then sauté chicken until fragrant.
- Pour in 200ml water and Andong Chicken Simmer Sauce, stirring well.
- Add vegetables, and soaked vermicelli. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated upon arrival. Use by 2 days for best quality.
