Description:
This dried udon noodle is crafted to offer a clean, smooth texture while maintaining the natural flavour of wheat. It is made to be enjoyed in both chilled and warm preparations, providing a satisfying bite and versatility for different dishes.
Cooking tip:
For chilled udon:
Boil at least 2L of water, loosen the noodles as you add them, and cook over high heat for about 8–9 minutes. Rinse 2–3 times in cold water, drain well, and serve in a zaru style with dipping sauce.
For warm udon:
Boil in plenty of water for 6–7 minutes. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and pour over hot soup to serve.
Store in cool dry place
