Developed in line with Miyakoichi’s long-standing principles of not deep-frying the noodles and avoiding unnecessary additives, this dried chuka ramen focuses on simplicity and texture.

The noodles offer a firm bite and smooth mouthfeel that cannot be found in typical instant ramen, reflecting a traditional approach and carefully selected ingredients.

This nostalgic curly noodle style has remained popular for years, appreciated for its honest, understated flavour.

Cooking instructions:

1. Add the noodles to a pot of well-boiled water and cook for 6–7 minutes, gently loosening the noodles while boiling.

2. Drain well after cooking.

3. Use as desired for ramen, yakisoba, or chilled noodle dishes. One pack serves two portions. Soup is not included.
