This ramen uses Nishiyama’s aged dried noodles, created by drying freshly made noodles after maturation to faithfully reproduce the texture of fresh ramen.

Made with 100% Hokkaido-grown wheat, the noodles have a resilient bite and smooth mouthfeel that pair well with a rich miso-based soup.

The miso flavour is full-bodied yet balanced, allowing both the depth of the soup and the natural wheat aroma of the noodles to be enjoyed in harmony.


Cooking Instructions

1. Bring 550–600 mL of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 6½–7 minutes. After 4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles.

2. Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat.

3. Add the soup and mix thoroughly.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with sliced pork, bamboo shoots, and spring onions if desired.

Store in cool dry place.
