  • This is a flake-type curry roux made with 15 carefully selected spices and chickpea flour instead of wheat flour, using only plant-based ingredients. It offers a mild-medium level of spiciness, leaning toward the sweeter side. Blended for rich aroma and depth of flavor, with added juice from three tropical fruits—pineapple, mango, and papaya—for a smooth, mellow taste.

How to Use

Ingredients (Serves 5): This product 1 pc, Meat or plant-based protein 150g, Onion 250g, Carrot 150g, Potato 200g, Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon, Water 550ml

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces) thoroughly.
  2. Add water. Once it comes to a boil, skim off any scum and simmer over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes until the ingredients become tender.
  3. Turn off the heat and add this product. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  4. Simmer again over low heat until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
