The brand has always been very particular about the raw materials such as rice, water and soy sauce, as well as traditional production methods and craftsmanship. In order to maintain the original flavour, the rice is directly roasted after being roughly ground, then seasoned with the sauce made by soy sauce and kombu, to create this signature Thick Roasted Rice Cracker.
