Cream of Pumpkin Soup



  • Pumpkin 1.2kg
  • Onion 200g
  • Sweet Potato 500g
  • Garlic 20g
  • Olive oil 30g
  • All-purpose Flour 120g
  • Chicken Stock 2.5L
  • Cream 125cc
  • Salt


  1. Wash the onion, pumpkin and sweet potatoes.
  2. Peel and cut them into dice.
  3. Heat up the saucepan with olive oil.
  4. Sauté the onion for 5 mins.
  5. Add chopped garlic, pumpkins and sweet potatoes and sauté for another 15 mins.
  6. Add flour and keep sautéing for 5 mins.
  7. Add chicken stock and keep boiling for 45mins in medium heat.
  8. Blend all the ingredients.
  9. Add cream and salt to taste
