Suggestions of consuming Poon Choi and reheat method:
1. Consume the Poon Choi as soon as possible after received. Do not keep it under room temperature for more than two hours.
2. Remove aluminium foil and cling film, add a suitable amount of Poon Choi sauce into the bowl, then cover it by aluminium foil again.
Direct-fire Heater
> Put the Poon Choi on the direct-fire heater and set the heat to low.
> When the Poon Choi is boiling, please heat for five more minutes, and turn off the cooker afterwards.
Induction Cooker
> Put the Poon Choi on the induction cooker and set the heat to medium.
> When the Poon Choi is boiling, please reduce the heat to low for five more minutes, and turn off the cooker afterwards.
3. After all ingredients are heated thoroughly, consume the Poon Choi immediately.
