Product Features

  • Type: Block-type roux
  • A mild Hayashi rice sauce featuring the rich umami and sweetness of fully ripe tomatoes, balanced with a gentle touch of acidity.

How to Use

Ingredients (Serves 5): This product 1 pc, Thinly sliced beef 200g, Thinly sliced onion 300g, Salad oil 1 tablespoon, Water 600ml

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a large frying pan, heat salad oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions until they become translucent and tender, then add the beef and continue sautéing.
  2. Add water. Once it comes to a boil, skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
  3. Turn off the heat, break the roux into pieces, and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce thickens, it's ready to serve.

Keep refrigerated after opening
