As for super e-gold and super e members, exclusive members’ privileges are applicable to city'super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk/) and APP, and LOG-ON E-Shop website (https://logon.com.hk/) and APP from 00:00 to 23:59 on 1 November 2022. As for non-members, shopping privileges are only applicable to city'super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk/)  from 18:00 to 19:00 on 1 November 2022 (not applicable to city'super and LOG-ON physical stores, LOG-ON E-Shop and other city'super E-Shop).

Bonus Loyalty Points

1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending on E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk/) and (https://logon.com.hk/) and APP on 1 November 2022. Hampers, Nintendo and PlayStation ® products are excluded.

2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending on E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk/) and (https://logon.com.hk/) and APP on 1 November 2022. Hampers, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation ® products are excluded.

3. super e members must log in to their membership account at E-Shops before payment in order to accumulate loyalty points and update their spending records.

4. Loyalty points and spending records will be updated within 36 hours of the purchase. Any claim of loyalty points after the transaction will not be entertained.

5. If any cancellation of transaction or arrangement of refund has been made, loyalty points earned for that transaction will be deducted automatically, including extra loyalty points earned from designated promotional offers.

6. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, plastic shopping bag charges and gift-wrapping charges are not eligible for loyalty points or accumulated spending.

7. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Event activity without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.

Earning the HK$50 E-Shop eCoupon

1. city’super E-Shop eCoupon: Members can earn one HK$50 E-Shop website eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$1,500 at city’super E-Shop, either E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) or APP, on 1 November 2022 (exclude delivery fee).

2. LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon: Members can earn one HK$50 E-Shop website eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$1,500 at LOG-ON E-Shop, either E-Shop website (https://logon.com.hk) or APP, on 1 November 2022 (exclude delivery fee).

3. Spending from city’super and LOG-ON, and from E-Shop website and APP cannot be combined. Each order can enjoy the offer once. Each member can enjoy 3 eCoupons at a maximum during the Online Shopping Festival.

4. super e members must log in to their membership account at the E-Shop before payment in order to enjoy this offer. No retrospective arrangements will be made.

Usage of HK$50 E-Shop eCoupon

1. city’super E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at city'super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) in Hong Kong (not applicable for E-Shop APP).

2. LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at LOG-ON E-Shop website (https://logon.com.hk) in Hong Kong (not applicable for E-Shop APP).

3. This E-Shop eCoupon is valid from 8 November – 30 November 2022. Each eCoupon can be used once only. Any expired or invalid eCoupons will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

4. This E-Shop eCoupon is applicable to net spending of HK$200 at E-Shop website. Combined receipts will not be accepted. The total value of eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Only 1 E-Shop eCoupon can be used in each transaction. Please refer to E-Shop websites for more details of use.

5. This E-Shop eCoupon cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold card year-round discount, other member reward eCoupons, promotional offers or coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

6. Earning the HK$50 Physical Store Shopping Voucher

1. Members can earn one HK$50 physical store shopping voucher upon single net spending of HK$1,000 on a pickup order at city’super E-Shop APP on 1 November 2022 from 12:00 noon to 14:00 (excluding delivery fee).

Online Shopping Festival

1. super e-gold and super e members can enjoy Online Shopping Festival exclusive members’ privileges on 1 November 2022 from 00:00 to 23:59; while non-members can enjoy non-members offer on 1 November 2022 from 18:00 to 19:00 on city'super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk/) only. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

2. To enjoy the exclusive members’ privileges, customers shall log in to a valid super e membership account during Online Shopping Festival. Membership cannot be transferred.

3. The Online Shopping Festival shopping offers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged to other products. Photos are for reference only.

4.
