Apple Crumble
Ingredients
- Apple 750g
- Lemon juice 21/2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 75g
- Flour 80g
- Butter 80g
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 11/4 tbsp
- Vanilla ice cream
Steps
- Preheat Oven to 190C, butter the baking dish.
- Peel and seed apples, then cut into cubes. Mix with lemon juice, 75g brown sugar and ¼ tbsp. brown sugar. Then spoon the mixture into baking dish.
- Place the flour, 11/4 tbsp. brown sugar and ¼ cinnamon powder in a large bowl and mix with butter. Prickle the crumble mixture on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25 - 28 minutes until the crumble is browned.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
