Apple Crumble



  • Apple 750g
  • Lemon juice 21/2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 75g
  • Flour 80g
  • Butter 80g
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 11/4 tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. Preheat Oven to 190C, butter the baking dish.
  2. Peel and seed apples, then cut into cubes. Mix with lemon juice, 75g brown sugar and ¼ tbsp. brown sugar. Then spoon the mixture into baking dish.
  3. Place the flour, 11/4 tbsp. brown sugar and ¼ cinnamon powder in a large bowl and mix with butter. Prickle the crumble mixture on top.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 - 28 minutes until the crumble is browned.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
