Ingredients

  • Apple 750g
  • Lemon juice 21/2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 75g
  • Flour 80g
  • Butter 80g
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 11/4 tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream

Steps

  1. Preheat Oven to 190C, butter the baking dish.
  2. Peel and seed apples, then cut into cubes. Mix with lemon juice, 75g brown sugar and ΒΌ tbsp. brown sugar. Then spoon the mixture into baking dish.
  3. Place the flour, 11/4 tbsp. brown sugar and ΒΌ cinnamon powder in a large bowl and mix with butter.Β Prickle the crumble mixture on top.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 - 28 minutes until the crumble is browned.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
