Baked Sanma with Honey and Apple Purée

 

Ingredients

  • Sanma 1pc
  • Apple 1pc
  • Ice Water
  • Honey 1tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. Slightly marinate sanma with salt and black pepper.
  2. Preheat oven at 190oC. Put sanma to pan with olive oil. Bake sanma for 15 to 18 minutes.
  3. Mix all dressing and enjoy with sanma.
