Matsutake Gohan (4 portions)

 

Ingredients (for 4)

  • Matsutake 4pc
  • Soy Sauce
  • Water 750ml
  • Kombu 5pcs
  • Mirin 2tbsp
  • Rice 3cups

Steps

  1. Soak kombu in water overnight. Take out the komubu and add mirin.
  2. Slightly marinate matsutake with soy sauce.
  3. Soak rice with kombu water for 30 minutes.
  4. Put rice to steaming pan and add kombu soup. Put matsutake and kombu in and steam.
