Matsutake Gohan (4 portions)
Ingredients (for 4)
- Matsutake 4pc
- Soy Sauce
- Water 750ml
- Kombu 5pcs
- Mirin 2tbsp
- Rice 3cups
- Soak kombu in water overnight. Take out the komubu and add mirin.
- Slightly marinate matsutake with soy sauce.
- Soak rice with kombu water for 30 minutes.
- Put rice to steaming pan and add kombu soup. Put matsutake and kombu in and steam.
