Matsutake Kombu Soup (4 portions)
Ingredients (for 4)
- Water 800 ml
- Kombu 2 small pcs
- Katsuobushi flakes 5g
- Soy sauce little
- Soak kombu in water overnight.
- Simmer kombu for 6 to 8 mins, then put Katsuobushi flakes in. Turn off heat and take out kombu and katsuobushi.
- Slightly boil Matsutake and add little soy souce if need.
