Matsutake Kombu Soup (4 portions)

 

Ingredients (for 4)

  • Water 800 ml
  • Kombu 2 small pcs
  • Katsuobushi flakes 5g
  • Soy sauce little

Steps

  1. Soak kombu in water overnight.
  2. Simmer kombu for 6 to 8 mins, then put Katsuobushi flakes in. Turn off heat and take out kombu and katsuobushi.
  3. Slightly boil Matsutake and add little soy souce if need.
