Wagyu with Matsutake Miso Souce (4 portions)

 

Ingredients (for 4)

  • Wagyu 320g
  • Matsutake 4pc
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Miso 2tbsp
  • Garlic puree ½tbsp
  • Mirin ½ tbsp
  • Water 250ml
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Preheating oven to 180 degrees, and bake matsutake for about 8 minutes or till golden brown.
  2. Slightly marinate wagyu with salt and black pepper.
  3. Fried wagyu till golden.
  4. Heat the butter, add garlic, mirin and water, mix well.
  5. Add salt and cook until slightly thickened. Put the sauce on wagyu and done.
