• Pale yellow in color, the bouquet offers perfumed white fruit aromas with floral notes. The limestone-rich soils are perfect for producing this Bourgogne Chardonnay, making it a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine. The finish is round and persistent, with delicate notes of citrus.
• Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes. Direct whole-cluster pressing. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees.
