Safe, Clean and Straight from the Austrian Alps
Sourced directly from an artesian aquifer 700 ft (214 m) below the Earth's surface at the base of Austria's Dachstein mountain, the water from Hallstein spring is well protected from environmental contaminants from above, making it the purest drinking water on Earth. Generally, filtration is needed due to excessive mineralogy or other contaminants that exist in a source water. However, Hallstein Water has been naturally filtered through layers of very pure limestone for at least eight years which ensures exceptional purity, so no filtration processes are used on the water sourced prior to bottling. Furthermore, no additional pumping pressure has been used for filling beyond the natural artesian pressure, making Hallstein a clean and safe drinking water of unparalleled quality.
Excellence in a Bottle: What Makes Hallstein Water Tick?
Working with a team of scientists and water experts, the brand established eight core parameters that define drinking water quality, revealing that Hallstein is the only commercially available drinking water that can meet the octagon for high quality. In addition to having a crisp and refreshing flavour profile, here is how Hallstein Water meets the highest standards:
“Hallstein water has undergone 8 to 10 years of natural filtration, making it one of the cleanest waters in the world,” says water sommelier Gina Li. “Since its flavour and texture are well balanced and not overpowering, many high-end restaurants and sommeliers in Europe use it for food and wine pairing.”
