• "Les Lavières" is a Premier Cru plot facing south. The vineyard is with thin, flat stones in the limestone-rich soils, offering ideal conditions for the Pinot Noir to grow powerful and fleshy.
• Deep ruby color. A perfumed nose with notes of red fruits and a light touch of licorice. The rich and complex palate unveils soft but present tannins. This Pinot Noir will become even more powerful over the years.
• Hand-harvested and hand-sorted organic grapes, Weeks-long maceration. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees.
