Canned foie gras is prepared the old-fashioned way, without additives or preservatives. To improve, it must be stored at room temperature, away from light and heat.
For foie gras, whether whole or in blocks, of duck or goose, must be kept like wines for aging, away from light and heat, to express all their aromas on the day of their consumption. This aroma has earned us many awards.
Certified of Landes origin (South-West) and coming from farm ducks, our whole canned foie gras are prepared with the best foie gras of our traditional ducks, then seasoned only with salt, pepper and spices.
