Garage Project is a New Zealand brewery founded in 2011, aims to create unique and beautiful beers, to push boundaries, reinterpret styles and challenge the notions of what beer can be. To date the brewery has created over 300 different beers. Hatsukoi, meaning first love, is a Japanese inspired pilsner. Brewed with light malted barley and rice using the traditional first press method. Clean, crisp, aroma of yeast and hints of fruit.
