The story began in 1968, in Alba, Piedmont, Italy, when founder opened a restaurant specialising in mushrooms and truffles. A few years later, he and his wife founded the brand Tartuflanghe in 1975, creating extensive range of products with Truffle. This delicious mini breadstick with Truffle is a savoury snack, or perfect with salads, soups, cheeses.
