1. Notification of pick up arrangements will be sent by city’super 3 days before pick up
2. Should the merchandise be found detective, exchange of merchandise will be arranged. The exchange procedure will take about 1-2 weeks.
3. Fruit harvest is subjected to weather factor, if harvest is not as expected, we will contact you for arrangement.
4. Customers collecting their order in-store must inspect the goods at the time of collection. If any items are found to be damaged or defective, the customer may request a replacement, subject to store availability.
5. If you need to return a product due to visible external reasons such as bruises, mold, or rot, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Any external damages reported beyond this time frame will not be accepted and will be deemed as mishandling on the customer's part.
6. Fruits are natural products and their colour and size may vary due to growing conditions and weather. The product images are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.
7. To maintain the quality standards of our products, all products are non-refundable once sold.
